These terms apply when you suggest an attraction or city, report an error, submit an image concern, report a bug, provide a screenshot, send source material, or submit another contribution.
4.1 Submission standards
- Provide information that you reasonably believe is accurate and relevant.
- Identify sources where available and do not misrepresent a source.
- Do not submit private, confidential, defamatory, hateful, unlawful, or infringing material.
- Do not submit personal information about another person unless needed and lawfully provided.
- Do not upload images or text unless you have the right to submit them for review and possible publication.
4.2 Review and editorial control
BucketListPlanner.ca retains editorial control over the repository. We may verify, edit, shorten, combine, classify, rank, translate, publish, reject, remove, or retain a contribution. We may preserve the original submission and review history for audit, security, legal, and quality-control purposes.
4.3 Attribution and compensation
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, submitting a contribution does not create a right to public attribution, payment, ownership in the repository, or approval of the submission.
4.4 Licence
The licence in section 1.7 of the Terms of Use applies to Community Contributions. You retain ownership of your original submission, subject to third-party rights and the licence granted to BucketListPlanner.ca.
4.5 Reports and disputes
We may request evidence before acting on a factual, privacy, intellectual-property, or image-licensing report. We may temporarily hide disputed content while reviewing the matter. Filing a report does not guarantee removal or a specific outcome.
